The purpose of the First Southern Baptist Church Music and Worship Ministry is to be a replicating ministry that assists and instructs the people of God in the use and development of their musical talents for the purposes of proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ, offering an acceptable sacrifice to God in authentic worship, and growing as disciples.

We seek to accomplish this in a manner that is firmly grounded in Scriptural truth, reflects faithful stewardship of our God-given talents through excellence, and in a way that communicates clearly to the world while distinguishing itself from it.
